The Blueprint for Maryland’s Future is a once-in-a-generation public investment and opportunity to improve the quality of education for all children in Maryland, including those who have been historically underserved, especially students from low-income households, many of whom are trapped in generational poverty.Īt its heart, the Blueprint is focused on equitable opportunities and outcomes for every student, which means addressing the needs of students and families entrenched in generational cycles of poverty.
